Each order is meticulously designed, crafted and finished in my wee Scottish craft studio. The handmade nature of every piece means you'll receive something truly individual—no two items are exactly alike, and that's what makes them special.
Production and Shipping Services
Delivery regions - I currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
When will my order arrive?
- Your total wait time is my making time plus shipping time.
- Standard Items: I can make and send standard orders in the mail within 1 to 3 days.
- Custom Designs: Special, bespoke creations take me a little longer -from - 3 up to 5 days to make, depending on the design brief.
Shipping Times: Postal delivery windows kick in after I have finished making your item.
- In a Hurry?: Please drop me a line before you order if you need it for a specific date.
- Postal Reality: I always do my absolute best to help you, but I cannot promise exact delivery dates once Royal Mail has your package.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligible non-personalised items can be returned in line with my Returns & Refunds page. Items made to your specification or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned because you have changed your mind.
