Handmade by Me
Every order is designed, made, finished or carefully prepared by me in my Scottish studio. As each item is individually handled, very small variations may occur. These are part of the character of a handmade product rather than faults.
Personalisation & Gift Messages
Where personalisation is available, select the relevant option and enter your wording before adding the item to your basket. Please check names, dates and spelling carefully, as I will use the details exactly as supplied. Cards are blank inside unless the product description states otherwise or you select an option to add your own printed message.
Delivery
I currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. The estimated preparation time is shown on the product page, with delivery time added after dispatch. Available Royal Mail services are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Sending a gift? Enter the recipient's address at checkout. I do not include pricing paperwork inside gift orders.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible non-personalised items can be returned in line with my Returns & Refunds page. Items made to your specification or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Read my full Returns & Refunds policy
