- Standard Items: I can make and send standard orders in the mail within 1 to 3 days.
- Custom Designs: Special, bespoke creations take me a little longer -from 3 up to 5 days to make, depending on the design brief.
Shipping Times: Postal delivery windows kick in after I have finished making your item.

- Postal Reality: I always do my absolute best to help you, but I cannot promise exact delivery dates once Royal Mail has your package.

Items made to your specification or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned because you have changed your mind.
